  • Each specification is prepared taking into account the customer's exact requirements including local conditions, altitude of site and any environmental considerations such as height, width, noise, dust and cladding colour.
  • Fully insulated and clad in plastisol galvanised sheeting which is guaranteed for 25 years, making it as energy efficient as possible saving fuel, reducing heat loss, condensation and extending the longevity of the dryer.

  • Direct firing - high grade 321 stainless steel furnaces
  • Indirect firing - via high grade stainless steel air to air heat exchangers

  • Heavy duty uniflow pulse discharger
  • Compressor, pneumatics and all connections included

CONTROL PANEL

  • Schneider touch screen PLC panel as standard (Siemens upon request) with Schneider control equipment.
  • 190mm standard size screen with maximum visualisation.
